- Application: The candidate first needs to apply for a job

- Written Test: The short listed candidates are called for a
written test, where they need to clear the cut off.
- Group Discussion: After the written test has been cleared,
the candidate needs to face a group discussion (G.D)
- H.R. Interview: After the G.D, the short listed candidates
have a face to face round with the H.R.
- Technical Interview: In the technical round, the candidate
skill and knowledge of the industry, job etc.
- Final Selection: After clearing all the above mentioned
round, the candidate is given the offer letter.

We organize various training programs every month that have been elaborately
designed for complete technical managerial, behavioral and spiritual growth
of our employees. Our various training programs are mentioned below:
- Internal: There are regular in- house training programs that
have been specially designed for over all development of our employees.
We have set up "Engine of Growth", which is our training room,
specially constructed for training and meetings. It is here that various

- External: Our employees have many plant visits that makes
them aware about the different methods of production, latest techniques

- Induction and Orientation Program: We have a special training
